Overview

Nicola attended high school in Rockhampton before moving to Brisbane to study law at the Queensland University of Technology. While in Brisbane, Nicola also worked as a paralegal in a family law firm for two years before returning to be with her family in Rockhampton and take up a position as a family law solicitor with Swanwick Murray Roche in 2019.

Nicola believes that her strong value for family and varied work in the family law sector have given her the skills and empathy to be able to help people through the family law system in Australia. Nicola approaches all matters with a firm kindness, cutting through the legal issues and confusion to give people the straightforward advice they need to hear.

Nicola values giving back to her community. She is a volunteer lawyer with the Central Queensland Community Legal Centre and is also a past Treasurer of the Central Queensland Law Association.
